The Plan


  • The pilot project is to develop a 3-5 acre site as a pocket/village home community. 
  • Home size in the range of 400-800 sq ft. It is likely factory-built. 
  • Rentals in our future  
  • Private service utilities (water and waste management). 
  • Sustainable building and site design (e.g., integrated energy and water efficient systems, in situ waste/water management). 
  • Developed in clusters of 5-6 units at a time. 
  • The total unit number will be determined when the site is fully engineered. 
  • The initial target of 1 in 5-6 units is affordable (dependent on some form of capital/cost incentives from government(s)).

While we grow, efforts are being made to develop our business with the support of CMHC and Canadian Credit Unions. 


With land already included in our project, we continue to consider other effective financing opportunities for developing our pilot village home communities. 


This may include friends and family series A financing. Further details will be available soon.

We have traversed the globe in our search for the right partners. From China, Singapore, Estonia, Spain, and the UK to North America. We have met many great people, and we hope that some regulatory changes ahead will help Canadians enjoy many of the innovative designs. 


What we have found is an eagerness right here in Canada.
