Live the Village Community: Where Nature Meets Neighborhood

 Our inspiration for the design of The Village flows from the work of American architect Ross Chapin.  Ross's approach to creating integrated "pocket" communities that blend personal and collective spaces allows residents to lead safe, happy, and fulfilling lives. Home is more than the place one lives; it is very much about who one lives with and how. 


 

  • X-burbs are located on the edge of major metropolitan areas with large populations 
  • Rural non-agricultural land,
  • connects people to nature,  
  • lowers development costs,
  • speeds deployment through private servicing,
  • Always close to multiple shopping and public/private services,
  • Close to a Tim Hortons and a Walmart rank highly,
  • On the grid for electrical and existing main roads for easy access,
  • Minimal impact on municipalities facilitates their support,

 

Proposed first location 

  • 430 County Road 25, Oxford Mills, Ontario, K0G 1S0 
  • Current zoning rural with entrance onto main county road 
  • Electrical service at the main road 
  • 5 acres of the site have not been used, 2 acres of surplus horse paddocks
